Creator Goals

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Creator Goals, a subscription-based web application operated by Campbell Multimedia ("we," "us," or "our") that helps you track YouTube monetization milestones. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to have a Google account in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Creator Goals. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when linking a YouTube channel and may only link channels you own or control.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data of other users, overload the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate YouTube's Terms of Service.

4. Subscription, billing, and pricing

  • Creator Goals is offered as a paid subscription with recurring monthly and annual billing plans. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page or at the point of purchase.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable plan fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • We may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice.

5. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, no further charges occur, but fees already paid are not refunded and you retain access through the end of your current billing period. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

6. YouTube data and third-party services

Creator Goals retrieves read-only data from YouTube through the YouTube Data and Analytics APIs with your authorization. We do not control YouTube's data, its accuracy, its availability, or its policies. YouTube may change its API, quotas, or monetization eligibility rules at any time, which can affect the metrics and projections Creator Goals displays. Our calculations are estimates based on the data YouTube makes available and are not a guarantee of monetization eligibility or earnings.

7. Your content and channels

You retain all rights to your YouTube channel and content. Linking a channel grants Creator Goals a limited, revocable license to read the metrics described in our Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of operating the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share or resell access to the service; (b) use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to extract or scrape data beyond what the service provides; or (d) interfere with the service's security or operation.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep Creator Goals available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime. We are not liable for downtime, API limits imposed by YouTube, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The Creator Goals software, design, text, and branding are owned by Campbell Multimedia and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks, logos, or content except as needed to use the service as intended.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the metrics, projections, or milestone calculations are accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campbell Multimedia and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your paid access ends except as required by law, and you remain responsible for fees already incurred.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Campbell Multimedia operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
