Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Creator Goals is operated by Campbell Multimedia ("we," "us," or "our"). Creator Goals is a subscription-based web application that helps YouTube creators track subscribers, valid public watch hours, and other monetization milestones toward the YouTube Partner Program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information you provide directly

Account information. When you sign up with Google or email/password, we store your email address and a hashed authentication identifier. We do not see or store your Google password.
Goal preferences. The monetization targets you set (e.g., subscriber and watch-hour goals, weekly upload goals) are stored so the dashboard can track your progress.
Support requests. If you contact us at matt@campbellmultimedia.com, we keep the message and your email address to respond to your request.

3. Information from YouTube (with your permission)

When you link a YouTube channel, you authorize Creator Goals through Google to read the following data from that channel:

Channel identity (channel name, ID, and thumbnail).
Public subscriber counts and public upload metadata (titles, thumbnails, publish dates, and public view counts).
YouTube Analytics data, such as estimated watch hours (excluding Shorts), views from Creator Studio, growth deltas, and top contributing videos. This data is used solely to compute your milestone progress and projections.

This access is read-only. Creator Goals cannot publish, edit, or delete content on your channel. You may unlink a channel at any time, and you can manage or revoke Creator Goals' access in your Google Account permissions.

4. How we use your information

To display your live milestone progress and projections.
To auto-sync fresh metrics on a timer you control.
To operate, maintain, and improve the dashboard features.
To process subscription payments (via Stripe — see below).
To send essential account and billing notifications.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or YouTube data to third parties.

5. Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Creator Goals does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other raw cardholder data. Stripe provides us with a token and limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card and an email receipt) needed to confirm your subscription. Your payment transactions are governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

6. How we store and protect data

Your data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security so that each account can only read and write its own goals and channel connections. YouTube OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to fetch the read-only metrics described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage

is fully secure. If a breach occurs that risks your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and goal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or unlink all channels, we delete the associated channel connections, tokens, and goal records within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or billing purposes.

8. Third-party services

Creator Goals relies on Google (YouTube Data and Analytics APIs), Stripe (payments), and our hosting infrastructure. Each provider processes limited data under its own privacy policy. We do not knowingly share your data with any other third party.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email matt@campbellmultimedia.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before responding.

10. Children's privacy

Creator Goals is intended for creators aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Creator Goals evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the app or by email.
